Dear HealthStreet Members,

This is our third newsletter supplement focused on helping you navigate resources for COVID-19. In this issue, we are focusing on how you can check your risk for COVID-19, resources for individuals in recovery, and sharing a handful of virtual cultural activities.

Please continue to visit the official CDC COVID-19 webpage where you can find updated information and resources to protect you and your family. As our commitment to you, we continue to update the HealthStreet COVID-19 resource page with local and online resources, seminars, news articles, activities for children.

We encourage you to view the most recent One Health Seminar COVID-19 Update: The Public Health and Clinical Perspectives. The two professionals who presented have years of experience; in fact, Dr. Rasmussen is the former CDC Director of Public Health Preparedness.

We remain committed to you! Keep in touch via TwitterFacebook, call (352-294-4880), or email (healthstreet@ufl.edu). Please visit our calendar and website for updated information, guidance, and resources.

Stop the Spread of COVID-19 with

Good Personal Health Habits

---

• Avoid having close contact with people who are sick.

• Practice social distancing and STAY HOME!

• If you're sick, stay home; call your doctor before going coming in.

• Use tissues to cover your coughs and sneezes and through the away.

• Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily (tables, countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and cabinet handles)

• If surfaces are dirty, they should be cleaned using a detergent and water prior to disinfection.

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
